Returns & Refund Policy

At Sollys Spares, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.

Returns
Customers may return unused items within 7 days of receiving their order. Returned products must:
– Be unused and in original condition
– Include original packaging
– Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
– Electrical components
– Special order items
– Used or damaged products
– Items damaged through incorrect installation

Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
